Talk us through your background and your journey as an individual, Industrialist & Political Leader.
Arjun began attending the regular branch of the Rashtriya Swayam Sevak Sangh when he was only 12 years old. He comes from a second-generation Sangh-dedicated family(RSS) ,Arjun’s uncle the late Kishori Shyam ji was an MLA from the Jana Sangh in the Chhata Vidhansabha district of Mathura, Uttar Pradesh.
Along with this, Arjun Sharma as a volunteer in the union, did the first year in 1986. Then served in the All India Student Council for 4 years with Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad and completed the Pratham Varsh Shikhya Varg in 1986 from the Tahsil Chhata district of Mathura. Arjun moved to Gurugram in 1991 and began working as a Vice President for a multinational corporation called Irplast Adhesive India Ltd, Sohna. Presently Arjun Sharma is running his own manufacturing industries in manesar named Daus Packaging India pvt Ltd & Shree Mriduhasini papers pvt Ltd. Arjun, have been a BJP worker and supporter but only started being actively involved after 2010.He served the party by becoming the booth president Adhyakh Shakti kendra (pramukh) and advanced to District Convenor. His hard work and dedication got him the position of State Media Prabhari mm , followed by State co-convenor IT, State co convenor for the Economic Cell, and Arjun currently is the state co-convenor for the Seva cell, Haryana. Arjun Sharma does his best to do the tasks that are periodically given by the party. As the head of the Shakti Kendra he tried his best to inform the public about the customs and policies of the party. Worked with complete devotion in the year 2012 through Namo tea stall, informed the public in entire Gurugram and by discussing about Modi ji’s Gujarat model and how he will serve the public well as Prime Minister while speaking at the Rewari rally.
If you had to start over; would you choose a corporate career or being a leader?: 

You are never too old to set fresh objectives or harbour new aspirations. I was raised to be nationalistic ,Arjun says this with a smile.

What is the hardest challenge you faced in your career and how did you turn it into an opportunity?
When I initially started attending political meetings, it was a really difficult struggle since individuals made serious attempts to scam me at every turn. However, after some time, I realised this and began to prepare my movements accordingly. It took at least four to five years of struggle but consistency got me the acceptance.

What is your vision as a leader?
If elected as a Member of the Legislative Assembly , Arjun first would like to make Gurugram a world-class city, it is necessary to develop officer culture and make it as tidy and clean. As stated by Arjun Sharma- A city is measured by the breadth of its vision and the height of its dreams rather than by its length and width. The safety of women is, in fact, more crucial. Women’s safety, however, ought to be a priority in our culture. It ought to be covered in all manners and Arjun will make sure he works more towards achieving this.
