I have an overall experience of 10 years as a Corporate Professional. I have worked with top MNC’s & Corporate in the Pharmaceutical, Real-Estate & Construction industry. I am also a full-time mother to a 6-year-old boy who fills my life with patience, joy and kindness.
Being an entrepreneur was never in my wish list however, I believe the universe had some other plans. I ventured into the world of entrepreneurship with a passion to help people transform their lives and become a better version of themselves. From 2019 till date, I have worked with many top-notch corporates and individuals and helped them get Success in their life.
The spark was ignited way back in 2014 when I was in search for a career as to what should I be doing going ahead. However, it took 5 years to materialise and come in its real self. While I worked for the Corporate and took charge of various roles as an Human Resource Executive, learning & development got special attraction for me. I was inclined to be a trainer with the induction process or the new hires training.
Post my pregnancy I was standing at a crossroad as to how should I go ahead in my life which can help me fulfil my dreams and aspirations of becoming a trainer and ICBI happened in my life, and I grabbed the opportunity to restart myself from Scratch. Going through the immense 1 year training process and fulfilling all my assignments and projects and clocking in the required number of training hours I was finally holding my certifications and it made me proud of myself.
I always had the urge to stand across the table whenever I attended any training session and now, I was there. When you are a crossroad of your life remember to follow your heart and it will take you to places.
What is the hardest challenge you faced in your career and how did you turn it into an opportunity?
Struggles are part of the human life and specially if you are a solopreneur then these are manifolded by 100 times. This is life and this how it is, so we need to work on. My family has been supportive in all my decisions, and they have given their 100 percent support. However, being a mother, a wife a homemaker and now an Entrepreneur, Author & Trainer my plate is always full. My clock is always running short to fulfil all deadlines but then I enjoy it. Balancing everything beautifully because my work gives me this freedom. People were sceptical as to how would I manage a demanding journey with a child but then things kept falling in place and the hiccups got settled on its own.
Society yes initially there were few hiccups and it’s still today however I think till you are Shiv Khera or Robin Sharma one must keep struggling for work and quality network. Getting work at initial stage of my career is tough but then when you prove your point you are there in the market without any doubt. Whomever so I have worked with they all have been very welcoming and today after 3 years I can say I have established a good name for myself and my brand. People know me well and everyone supports me well. Even my 6-year-old son supports me to the best of his capability. Stereotypes would always be there but then we need to raise ourselves above everything and focus on what we can do rather what we can’t.
Covid has been the biggest roadblock for many for the past 2 years be it individual or be it corporates. I was no different. Covid hit our business bad but then it became a BOON in DISGUISE. Training, Coaching
Tell us about the uniqueness of your brand start-up?
My work is described well by my tag line “Be the Best YOU”. My brand name is “Soulful Impressions”.
So, we are a one stop solution for trainings focusing on “Self-Development” “Career Development” & “Corporate Trainings”. The Uniqueness lies in Customization. We don’t do pre designed training or modules every training is TAILOR MADE as per the requirement of the client. This is our biggest USP.
What is your business success mantra that you have embraced as you sought to establish your success story?
: I am passionate about self-development and confidence building and that is what I talk about mostly. When you are passionate about something it automatically reflects in your work and you are able to make a bigger impact. We provide bespoke facilitation to Corporates, Groups and Individual. Me along with my partner Ms. Ishpreet Kaur provide training & consulting services on “Image Enhancement”, “Soft Skills Training”, “One on One Consulting”, “Personality Development”, “Pageant Training” & “Public Speaking”.
Success has two essentials – One getting a Chance and Two Performing on that Chance. To get that one Golden chance one must create an effective first impression and we all know Impressions do matter. So, work on your first impression and grab that chance and when you get that chance leave no stone unturned to perform on it using your Soft Skills and Hard Skills. A person success is 85 % depended on his Soft Skills thus one needs to become a better version of himself every single day to be able to climb up the success ladder.

We have done trainings in Philippines, Malaysia, Vietnam along with all major cities in India. We have completed more than 250 trainings online and offline in the past 3 years and we have worked across industries like Education, Real Estate, Construction, Banking, Pharmaceutical, Fashion and many more
We have received numerous certificates and awards as a Public Speaker and Corporate Trainer.
We have also received an award for the “Best Youth Motivational Speaker” at a Professional Public Speaking forum
