If you had to start over, would you choose a corporate career or being an entrepreneur and why?
I have always been into a corporate career, went into academics, still into academics and I work as a freelancer as well. I am never against the corporate career, or someone who would promote people to leave corporate and become a freelancer, for me the definition is entirely a different game possibly because I always believe in “love what you do and do what you love.” I love my job being a personality coach and a trainer, this gives me a sense of accomplishment each day and every moment, it has given me a disciplined life, and million ways to deal with situation and different sets of personalities, it’s been 8 years now, and I wake up early finish chores and sleep on time with a complete satisfaction with sincerely no sense of job dissatisfaction. However, that doesn’t defy that I am against businesses and freelancing, I come from a family where people are into businesses, government jobs and are at their peak in corporate careers heading big fours what I understand from this is that at the end of the day it is totally the game of what suits your lifestyle and where your heart is. I believe in personal branding and that’s what I do on different social media platforms, and I get responses and clients who need genuine help and guidance. To me it’s not about being an entrepreneur or being a corporate employee, being an entrepreneur, it taught me to work 24/7 literally 24 hours giving me dynamic and flexible approach towards life. Everything else can be worked out only if you follow your heart, and you are happy doing whatever you opt for.
