Talk us through your background and your journey as an individual and International TEDx Speaker?
As an individual I am a very sensitive and an emotional person who has seen a lot of failures, struggles, hardships and humiliations in life. However, they didn’t let me break me – Rather they made me and that’s why I am a motivational speaker today – It is my way of giving back to the society. I attribute all the invitations that I have received to speak on TEDx in foreign countries as well, which I am told is the highest in the world to my vast experiences and learning and being an avid reader and a traveller I am brimming with ideas which I share on TEDx as a speaker.
What is the hardest challenge you faced in your career and how did you turn it into an opportunity?: 

The toughest was when everything was closing down in the Pandemic I created an adversity into an opportunity by coming up with the idea of starting my own online public speaking academy so I say ” When the going gets tough – The tough gets going”.

 

Tell us about the uniqueness of your Coaching ? What are a few important points you would like to guide readers on becoming a TEDx Speaker.?
The only mantra is – Don’t be good, don’t be excellent, don’t be outstanding. You got to be at least 10 times better than the best. In other words be exceptional and unique.

Tell us about your social initiatives?
The only social initiative I have always promoted and have been honoured with an Honorary Doctorate by a leading International University is for education in communication skills and public speaking, which I advocate a lot.

What is your business success mantra that you have embraced as you sought to establish your success story?
I don’t consider myself successful as yet. However, I always advice everyone to stick to the motto of my school , Lawrence School Lovedale, which is ” Never Give In”.

” Just Do It”.

Yet to do anything earth shattering in life as yet.
