When SHARMA JI KA AATA began its journey, we were just three individuals with a shared vision. Today, we’ve grown into a thriving team of 30 dedicated individuals, each contributing their skills and passion to our mission. This expansion not only reflects our company’s growth but also our commitment to creating employment opportunities within our community. By providing jobs to local residents, we’re not only building our brand but also supporting the economic development of our society.
Additionally, our dedication to sustainability extends beyond our production process. Any excess flour that remains in our collectors is not simply discarded or sold off. Instead, we take a responsible approach by offering it to Gaushalas, where it serves as nutritious fodder for the cattle. This practice aligns with our values of minimizing waste and contributing positively to the well-being of our environment and community. Through these initiatives, we aim to make a meaningful impact while continuing to uphold our commitment to quality and sustainability.
What is your success mantra that you have embraced as you sought to establish your success story?
The success mantra we live by is encapsulated in the Sanskrit saying, “कार्याणि न मनोरथैः। न हि सुप्तस्य सिंहस्य प्रविशन्ति मुखे मृगा:,” which translates to “Actions, not mere desires, lead to success. Deer do not enter the mouth of a sleeping lion.” This reminds us that achieving our dreams requires diligent effort and perseverance. It’s not enough to simply dream; we must actively work towards realizing our aspirations. By embracing this ethos, we remain focused and dedicated to turning our goals into reality, overcoming challenges with determination and hard work.
