Talk us through your background and your journey as an individual and Entrepreneur? Tell us about yourself ?
Tough I was Born in a small yet beautiful village in Rajasthan called Ladnun, my schooling is from Mumbai. Mumbai has seen me grow from a toddler to Post Graduation to my first job to starting my own. I come from a very humble and grounded family, where you put others before you. All my childhood I have learnt only one thing – Give it your best if you do something or don’t do it at all! And with that thought my career began. I come from 13yrs+ brand and lifestyle marketing background. 11yrs back I started an experiential marketing company journey. When I Started this division, I had 10k into my account and didn’t know what was going to happen. Persistence was the key to the hustle. We had great opportunities to work with good companies like SBI Card, Brookfield Properties, Samsung, EY, Pernod Ricard India, CII, Hindustan Times, Trident Group etc. After working on brand across genres made us Masters in experiential marketing and communication.
If you had to start over would you choose a corporate career or being an entrepreneur and why?

Once an entrepreneur, always an entrepreneur. While a corporate career may offer stability and certain benefits, the fulfilment and sense of accomplishment I derive from being an entrepreneur far outweigh any potential advantages of a corporate path. Nothing comes easy, with big power comes big responsibilities and entrepreneurship is not for everyone. I enjoy wearing multiple hats and this ability to make a positive difference in the world is incredibly rewarding and motivates me to continually strive for excellence.

What is the hardest challenge you faced in your career and how did you turn it into an opportunity?

I think the hardest challenge I faced was as a mother. When my daughter turned 3yrs and we were using the same baby brand for her shampoo and body wash. As she was growing she was exposed to outside world even more be it school, playground or other activities. Baby shampoo were too mild and turned her hair more dry. She already had fizzy hair like most Indian kids do. We tried to find brands and googled every corner of internet to find nothing. We did a small group (50) / similar age group parents research and realised most of them ended up using baby product – not knowing what to do, others had shifted to adult products or very few were importing it. When we did a deeper research with dermatologist more light was thrown, on how it is important to induce hydration into the products for kids, and create conditioning into the shampoo for better management, how most products available didn’t have allergen free fragrance. What was next – we took the lead and started to create products for our own little one taking one step at time. We got a formulation expert on board to create genuine products that are effective. We took 9 months to create 3 products and today we are India’s first Natural brand for kids with Curly hair conditioning shampoo and a brand with an ecosystem for kids.

Any other Happy moments /achievements you would like to share with the world.
I guess being a mother is the biggest achievement I have ever been rewarded with. Motherhood has been a transformative journey that has challenged me to grow, learn, and evolve on both personal and interpersonal levels. The joys, triumphs, and struggles of motherhood has provided opportunities for self-discovery, resilience, and personal fulfilment, enriching my life in profound and meaningful ways. The responsibilities of raising and nurturing children require women to make tough decisions, inspire others, and lead by example, qualities that are essential for success in leadership roles.
