Talk us through your background and your journey as India’s top Creative Leadership Mentor. Tell us all about your brand/books/businesses  
My name is Grigoria Oikonomou, and I am the principle architect, chairman, and managing director of Helios Design Concept Studio Pvt Ltd. I am a well-known and respected European-educated, recognized, and acclaimed global architect / designer / artist with a wide range of experience. For the past fourteen years, I have been in India. I possess the most exclusive and one-of-a-kind design and architecture studio. I consider myself really fortunate in that I was quickly accepted and embraced by the residents of this country.
If you had to start over would you choose this as your career or another and why?: 
Design and Architecture is my natural passion and I would only pursue this passion. .
 

How do you do justice to this title?
I’ve had the good fortune to design the residences of well-known Bollywood celebrities such as Mr. Hrithik Roshan and Mr. Akbar Khan, to mention a few. Because my design is not solely focused on brick and concrete, I have a degree in psychology that I have utilised effectively as a tool to create by understanding the requirements / psychology of my clients, as a result of which I have earned the best name and numerous honours in this sector.

Tell us about the uniqueness of your brand/talent.:
I am balancing the competence of the west’s pure / structural / minimalistic / serene / contemporary design with the fusion of the east’s culture / philosophy / tradition. My entire home place is designed according to Vastu Shastra.

Tell us about your social initiatives?
It gives me great delight to be able to provide free guidance / professional architectural services to some middle income people for best utilisation of their home spaces.

What is your success mantra that you have embraced as you sought to establish your success story?
I have created the best living spaces for my clients wherein I have kept in mind my client’s family emotions, their treasured family history, their past and present psychology Which ultimately has given great happiness, good health and positive energy in their lives.

I recommend that design / architecture is not a general profession only, it requires a great human touch and emotion which will be felt by the people living there.

Any other Happy moments /achievements you would like to share with the world.
In the coming 7th global meeting of “Hellenism Abroad” which is most honoured a tribute to the most celebrated Greek women of the world, they have decided to honour me with this award in Athens in July 2023 in a very grant ceremony for my exclusive achievements in INDIA, especially for the Bollywood celebrities.
